Steps To Reproduce:

1.Select a Production item
2.Click on Process VDA tab
3.Select Structure Analysis Menu and select existing segment
4.Click on the operation Icon and Close the operation window
5.Select Function or Failure Analysis menu
6.Right click on existing Segment
7.Observe the result
