1.Login to EWQIMS Application
2.Goto VDA Module and Select the PI
3.Goto Function Analysis and select Tree view
4.Goto Failure Analysis and select Tree view

Expected Result: It will be very usable to the user if we provide the option to add Function and Requirement in Tree View
