Steps To Reproduce:

1.Select a Production item
2.Click on Process VDA tab
3.Select Structure Analysis Menu and select existing segment
5.Click on the operation Icon
6.Add Different sequence number multiple Operations
7.Repeat step - 5
8.Click on the Operation Group Sequence drop-down list
9.Observe the result
