Steps To Reproduce:

1.Select a Production item
2.Click on Process VDA tab
3.Select Structure Analysis menu
4.Right click on any existing segment
5.Select Create Operations
6.Enter the operation Number and Name
7.Observe the result

Description

Sequence number is not incremented. It displays only 1 for all the Sequence

Expected Result: For each Operation creation, Sequence number should be incremented when select drop-down option is selected.
