1.Login to EWQIMS Application
2.Goto VDA Module and Select the PI
3.Goto Function Analysis then goto Failure Analysis, Refer the screenshot

Description

The above issues occur in different scenario also.
Scenario: When we click Function Analysis for the second time then only the Requirement section is displayed. Same scenario for Failure Analysis also.
