1.Login to EWQIMS Application
2.Goto VDA Module and Select the PI
3.Goto Function Analysis under Function Analysis section select Table View insert a row and create Function and Requirement
4.Goto Failure Analysis under Failure Analysis section select Table View insert a row and create Function and Requirement and Failure
