Steps To Reproduce:

1.Select a Production item
2.Click on Design VDA tab
3.Select Structural Analysis
4.Right click on any element and select Add/Remove Existing BOM
5.Select the Checkbox and Observe the result
6.Now Unselect the Checkbox and Observe the result

Description

Removing a element from Structure analysis is not refreshing the page automatically. But while adding it is refreshing automatically.
