1.Select a Production item
2.Click on Design VDA tab
3.Select Failure/Function Analysis menu
4.Enter the Failure /Requirement
5.Observe the result

Description

System is allowing to add Requirement and Failure without a function.
Requirement number is displayed as Undefined and On Refresh it is displayed as Blank row.
