Function Analysis - When creating operations for multiple segments, all the segment is not displayed when reload.(Refer Descriptions)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Select a Production item
2.Click on Process VDA tab
3.Select Function Analysis menu
4.Select any one segment from the segment list
5.Right click to create operations and press CTRL+Enter
6.Again select the Function analysis menu
7.Observe the result

Description

•While creating operations for multiple segment and refreshing Function analysis tab the previous selected segment alone is displayed leaving all other segments.
•When creating operations for multiple segments, system is not displaying the created operations.
•Topic segment is also changed in the dropdown
