Steps To Reproduce:

1.Select a Production item
2.Click on Design VDA tab
3.Add Cause for the selected PI
4.Select Failure Analysis tab
5.Right click on the Cause table and select Risk/ Optimization
6.Enter Data and Observe the Result

Description

Following Issues occurs in both Risk and Optimization tabs.(Refer Description)
• Data entered in Risk and Optimization is not displayed after reload.
• User selected for Preventive Contact person is displayed as checked when selecting Detective contact person also.
• Selected users are not Displayed for Preventive and Detective responsible person.
• Detection Status dropdown displays only Untouched option.
• In Risk its displayed as Prevention and Detection whereas in Optimization it is displayed as Preventive and Detective.

• Data entered in Risk and Optimization is not displayed after reload - Not Fixed
Expected Result: After saving Risk and Optimization data for particular cause, it should be displayed whenever selecting that cause.

• User selected for Preventive Contact person is displayed as checked when selecting Detective contact person also - Not Fixed
Expected Result: Contact person must be

• Selected users are not Displayed for Preventive and Detective responsible person - Not Fixed
Expected Result: Selected user must be displayed in the field.

• Detection Status dropdown displays only Untouched option - Not Fixed
Expected Result: Drop-down Should display all the options

• In Risk its displayed as Prevention and Detection whereas in Optimization it is displayed as Preventive and Detective - Not Fixed
Expected Result: Need Clarification

•Data entered in Risk and Optimization is not displayed after reload- Fixed (As Discussed with Sabari, to create new Risk and Optimization, old data cannot be displayed.)

• User selected for Preventive Contact person is displayed as checked when selecting Detective contact person also - Not Fixed (still it is displayed as checked but contact person is displayed.)
