Function Analysis: By Refreshing the Requirement Tree, the Marked "All down flow as done" for the Flow Down was disappeared

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as VDA Module User
3.Click on PI Tab and Select the PI
4.Click on Design VDA Tab and Select the Function Analysis Menu
5.Click on Maximize Button for the Requirements Tree
6.Right-Click on the Functions and Requirements which having the Requirement Flow Down
7.Select the Flows Done option and Select the "All down flows as done" option
8.Now the Green Color Arrow was display
9.Refresh the Requirement Tree by clicking on Refresh Button
10.Observe the Result

Description

In Function Analysis, the marked "All down flow as done" option was disappeared by Refreshing the Page.
