Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to EWQIMS application
2)Select APQP module
3)Open the Project
4)Select the deliverable
5)Click on deliverable info
6)Attach input document from DocPro(Multiple revision)
7)Click on ADD
8)Now click on the attached input document
9)Observe the result
