Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Go to meetings page
3. Click on existing meeting subject hyperlink
4. Click on "Add KPI" button
5. Add any one KPI for a meeting
6. Click on Snapshot Icon
7. Observe the result

Description

Meetings -> KPI Snapshot window is not visible to the user
The user could freeze report but could not view the report due to problem on BOSS batch service.
