Equipments: Cant able to Create the Equipments like Assembly, Machines and also the Equipment Types field was missing for the Existing Equipments for the both Languages

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Change the Language as Chinese
5.Goto Setup Tab and Click on Equipments Menu
6.Right-Click on Equipment & Click and View the Existing Equipments EX: Assembly
7.Observe the Results

Description

In the Equipments Menu, We Cant able to Create the Equipments like Assembly, Machines and also the Equipment Types field was missing for the Existing Equipments. This Issue was coming for the both Languages.
