Steps To Reproduce:
1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Inspection Entry/Receiving Inspection Menu
5.Click on the Inspection Entry
6.Fill all the required fields
7.Click on Submit Button
8.Observe the Results

Description
In the Inspection Entry and Receiving Inspection Menus, by Clicking on the Submit Button after entering the Values in the Mandatory fields its not opening the Form Sheet to Inspect the Lot and the Submit Functionality is not working.
Note: Its a Showstopper Issue.
