Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Change the Language as Chinese
5.Goto Actions Tab and Click on IC Settings Menu
6.Select the Setting and Click on Edit Button
7.Update the Setting and Click on Save Button
8.Observe the Results

Description

When the User tries to Edit the Setting and Clicking on the Save Button the Edited/Updated was not Saving and the Save Button is not Working
