closedDetailed Risk Form -> Reassessment Risk function is not working as expected

1. Login as admin
2. Click on alignment chart link from menu
3. Select any one expectation category
4. Select respective result KPI and Process
5. Assign Detailed risk form for a process
6. Right click on any row
7. Enter the data on "Risk Item" field
8. Click on "Risk Item" link
9. Click on "Reassess Risk" button
10.Observe the result
Description
Detailed Risk Form -> Reassessment Risk function is not working as expected . If the user clicks on this button, the page is not loading the new page and this time "Reassess Risk" button is not displayed

the page will reload when the re-assessment button is clicked , which will reload the parent risk form

When I click on "Reassess Risk" button, the risk identification form is loading and detailed risk form is also loading. But risk identification form is not closed automatically. So that the user can enter data on this form, but its not linked with detailed risk form - Risk Item
