closedDetailed Risk Form->Risk Matrix->The warning message displayed when try to select checkbox first time on risk matrix

1. Login as admin
2. Click on alignment chart link from menu
3. Select any one expectation category
4. Select respective result KPI and Process
5. Assign Detailed risk form for a process
6. Right click on any row
7. Enter the data on "Risk Item" field
8. Select the check box on Cost Impact, Schedule Impact, Performance Impact, Quality Impact and Probability and Precision
Description
Detailed Risk Form->Risk Matrix->The warning message displayed as "This change will affect Risk Matrix, Do you want to change?" when try to select checkbox first time on risk matrix
Note: If user clicks on "Yes" button, the entire page is refreshing and this behavior happened for all different checkbox selection like Cost Impact, Schedule Impact, Performance Impact, Quality Impact and Probability and Precision
Expeceted Result -> The warning message should be displayed as "This change will affect Risk Matrix, Do you want to change?" when try to change the option on risk matrix
