Steps To Reproduce:

1)Log in to Ewqims application
2)Select APQP module
3)Click on Risk setup menu under setup tab
4)Select business rule tab
5)Set the numbering format
6)Observe the result

Description

Format initiate by column is removed.By default entered value will be displayed.
So when Clicking on Preview no changes will occur.
