1)Login to EWQIMS Application
2)Select APQP Module
3)Select project
4)Click on Change Request
5)Provide the details
6)Select Risk and Opportunity form
7)Enter the details
8)Observe the result

Description

1)When the Risk value is gets changed because of updating the severity and occurrence it shows alert as priority score.
2)Risk Score:When opening the form for the first time risk formula is displayed

Not expecting the pop up right now if this is using some where in the risk form then it is ok need to discuss more on the behaviour

Alert Priority score is correct , label may change from form to form, form service cannot show the label from the form

1)User pop up window displaced incorrectly on selection of "who" in the risk form.-Issue closed
2)When the Risk value is gets changed because of updating the severity and occurrence it shows alert as priority score.

1)When the Risk value is gets changed because of updating the severity and occurrence it shows alert as priority score.-As discussed with mohan this issue will get fixed in future release.
2)Risk Score:When opening the form for the first time risk formula is displayed-As discussed with mohan closing this issue because of browser rendering problem.
