In Item Definition, HARA and FSR Menu, if we add the Function and Requirement and saved then edit that Function and Requirement it is not getting updated, it is getting updated only after the refresh

1.Login into the EwQIMS application.
2.Goto FST Module.
3.Click on Item Definition->Function and Requirement
4.Click on HARA-Functional Analysis-Failure Modes
5.HARA-Operation Situation-Add/Edit Operation Situation Categories and Exposure
6.HARA-Safety Goal-Fault Tolerant Time Interval and Rational for Time Interval

In Item Definition, HARA and FSR Menu, if we add the Function and Requirement and saved then edit that Function and Requirement it is not getting updated, it is getting updated only after the refresh.
