Chinese & Spanish Language: The Default Mail Content was Empty while viewing in the Out of Controls Grid, in the Customize Email Messages Menu

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Change the Language as Chinese
5.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Customize Email Messages Menu
6.Open the Out of Controls Grid
7.Click on Default Sample Content Mail
8.Observe the Results and do it for the Spanish Language also

Description

In the Customize Email Messages Menu, While viewing the Default Mail Content in the Out of Control Grid it shows Empty Content only for the both Chinese and Spanish Language. So by this Issue we cant generate the Rejection Mail for the Rejection Lot
