1.Login into the EwQIMS application.
2.Goto FST Module.
3.Click on Item Definition->Function and Requirement
4.Click on HARA-Functional Analysis-Failure Modes
5.HARA-Operation Situation-Add/Edit Operation Situation Categories and Exposure
6.HARA-Safety Goal-Fault Tolerant Time Interval and Rational for Time Interval

From Item Definition Menu to TSR Menu, Select any of the Header Column and click on Delete button. Header column is getting Deleted

Above issue not resolved please address this issue also "From Item Definition Menu to TSR Menu, Select any of the Header Column and click on Delete button. Header column is getting Deleted"

The Issue which are not fixed are mentioned below.

Above issue not resolved please address this issue also "From Item Definition Menu to TSR Menu, Select any of the Header Column and click on Delete button. Header column is getting Deleted"
