Auditee response when clicked on the hyperlink displays 500 server error

1)Login to module as auditee
2)click on corrective actions
3)click on car no hyperlink
4)observe the screen

Description

Auditee response when clicked on the hyperlink displays 500 server error.
but where as in chines user preference it displays all the fields with ????(Question marks)
