Reports - " & " entered anywhere in the APQP project is displayed as "&amp" in all the reports. Same has to be handled in the tooltip also

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login to EWQIMS
2) Navigate to APQP
3) Create projects and task names with using "&"
4) Navigate to the reports and open the same project
5) & will be displayed as "&amp"

Reports - " & " entered anywhere in the project is displayed as "&amp" in all the reports. SAme has to be handled in the tooltip also. Screenshots are attached for reference
