Production Scheduling Menu: Shifts Window its not showing as per the Site Specific but in Running Parts its showing as per the Site Specific

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Production Scheduling Menu
5.Click on Add Button
6.Fill the PI, Start and End Date field
7.Select the Shift field
8.Select the Date in the Shift Window and Click on Edit Button, the Shifts will be listed
9.Observe the Results

Description

In Production Scheduling Menu, In the Shift Window its showing all the Sites Shift but in the Running Parts Menu its showing the Shift which was based on the Selected Site only. Also the Shifts should be listed only as per the Selected Site.
