closedForm Sheet: Row Deletion and Clear Button is not working properly in the Sample Size for the Inspected Value Column

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Inspection Entry Menu or Receiving Inspection Menu or Inspection Sheet Menu or Supervisor Approvalsheet Menu
5.Enter the data in the Inspection Entry and Click on Submit Button
6.Click on the Inspected Value Column and Enter the Values and Click on Save Button
7.Click on Clear Button
8.Do the Step 6 again
9.Click the Entered Inspected Value again
10.Click on the "X" Delete Button in the Row
11.Observe the Results for both Issues
Description
In all the Form Sheets, Found 2 Issues and its listed below
Issue 1: If we deleting the Rows by Clicking on the Delete Icon its not deleting in the Inspected Value and again if we clicked on the Inspected Value it will show the empty row only but the Previous Value will be there in the Sample Size Row.
Issue 2: If we Clicking the Clear Button in the Sample Size Row for the Inspected Value Column, it gets Cleared in the Inspected Value Column only not in the Sample Size Row and again if we Clicked again it will show a new row only.
