Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Security Tab and Click on Security Definitions Menu
5.Expand the Site Tree and Expand the Groups or Users Tree
6.Select the Group Name or User Name by Double Click
7.Expand the Define Security Options on the Right Side
8.Observe the Results
