Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Receiving Inspection Menu
5.Reject and Submit the Inspected Inspection Sheet
6.Goto the Mail Site
7.Open and View the Rejected Lot Mail
8.Observe the Results

Description

In the Rejection Mail, While Viewing the Mail for the Rejected Lot the Sender name was not displaying instead of it showing the "#sender#" also for the GMT it showing as "+0530" not as "+05:30"
