closedMultisite:Cant able to request a new document for other sites.By default the document is requested for corporate even though the user select different site

1.Login to Ewqims in Mercury India
2.GO to Doc pro
3.Click on New document request
4.Click on select level
5.Levels which are not in use for the Mercury India site is showing
6.When the document is requested then it goes under corporate site
Description
Multisite:Cant able to request a new document for other sites.By default the document is requested for corporate even though the user select different site
Level popup shows the inactive level as active and the user can able to request for the document for the level even though the level is not in use for the site.(The document request shows different site)
Only 3 levels are active in Mercury India, but its showing all the levels as active

This issue seems to be Sporadic, Need to close monitor this issue in the next cycle before closing this issue.
