Steps To Reproduce:
1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Entity menu from Setup tab
4.Right click on any Entity and Select new Entity or Add Parent Entity
5.Enter the mandatory fields to create a site
6.Click Save button
7.Observe the result
