In Consolidated NC Report, the Findings Count display wrong number.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Reports tab.
3. Click on Consolidated Findings report.
4. Fill all the filters with Select All.
5. Click on view reports.
6. Compare the result count with actual Findings count and observe.

Description

In Consolidated NC Report, the Findings Count display wrong number, There are totally 10 Findings ( NC & OFI)in the application but in report it shows only 4.
