Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on "KPI" link from menu
3. Click on "New" button
4. Enter the KPI name only
5. Click on Save button
6. Select KPI by clicking on respective KPI
7. Click on Delete button
8. Observe the result

Description

KPI-> The system showing dependency alert message like " CANNOT BE DELETED BECAUSE OF THE DEPENDENCY" if try to delete the KPI from list with/without dependency. (Micron Changes)
