In Goals and Objective page, while viewing the position wise listing, the position list should display the positions according to the entity selection.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to PDP tab.
3. Click on Goals and objectives by entity menu.
4. Change the default Entity and select view by as position.
5. Click on position drop down and observe
