Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as AQuAPro Module User
3.Navigate to AQuAPro Module
4.Click on the User Menu Account and Mouse-Hover the Language option and Select the Chinese Language
5.View the Labels in all the Menus
6.Observe the Results
