Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login Module as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM-Setup tab
3. Click on Equipment
4. Create a Machine
5. Click on Activities tab
6. Click on PM Supervisor Calendar
7. Observe the data which created in other module
8. Observe the data which created in TPM

Description

PM Supervisor Calendar-- When the data comes up with other module does not contain Machine code, so that the design of the Equipment which created in TPM not showing properly.

Note: Need Header Name for Planned and Actual column field
