Form Sheets: In all the Inspection Forms, Right-Arrow is not working and not showing the Next Shift Form

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Inspection Entry, Receiving Inspection, Inspection Sheet Menu
5.Select the PI and its Operation then Select & Fill all the required options in the Mandatory Fields
6.Now Enter the Lot No. with Special Characters and Click Submit Button
7.Now the Form will be Opened then Click on Right-Arrow above the Form
8.Observe the Results
