Form Sheets: In all the Inspection Forms, Right-Arrow is not working and not showing the Next Shift Form

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Inspection Entry, Receiving Inspection, Inspection Sheet Menu
5.Select the PI and its Operation then Select & Fill all the required options in the Mandatory Fields
6.Now Enter the Lot No. with Special Characters and Click Submit Button
7.Now the Form will be Opened then Click on Right-Arrow above the Form
8.Observe the Results

In all the Inspection Forms, Right-Arrow is not working and not showing the Next Shift Form.

This Issue was Verified by QA and its Not Fixed, If we Click the Next Shift and Date Button its not showing the Next Sheet and its still in Loading Mode only. So Changing the Status as Not Resolved

This Issue was Verified in Cycle-5 and the Issue was not Fixed so the QA Team is Changing the Status into Not Resolved.
