Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as Meetings admin
2. Click on "Meetings" link rom menu
3. Click on New button
4. Create new meeting with some action plans
5. Click on "Submit Meeting Minutes" button
6. Go to batch manager and run the respective job manually
7. Observe the result

Meetings-> Meeting Minutes emails are interrupted. (But cancelation email and invitation email and re invitation email is generating)
