Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS application
2.Goto FST Module
3.Click on HARA Document
4.Enter Data in Operational Situation, Malfunction and Safety Goal
5.In HARA Document add the Operational Situation, Malfunction and Safety Goal values

Description

1. Entered the value in Operational Situation Master table, In HARA Document added the Operational Situation value, Malfunction Value and Safety Goals. Now Delete the Operational Situation value in Master table. In Hara Document Operational Situation value and Malfunction Value are getting deleted. Whereas only Operational Situation value should be get deleted.

2.Deleted the Branch in the HARA Document. Come out of the HARA Document and again goto HARA Document. Deleted Branch are still displaying.
