Production Trackingsheet Menu: Same Lot No cant able to Use for another Shifts and by using the Same Lot No for another Shift the Previously Saved Inspection Form was opening

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Production Trackingsheet Menu
5.Select the Operation Name and Shifts will be displayed
6.Now Enter the Lot No. for 1st Shift and Click Submit Button
7.New Inspection Form will be Open and Fill the Inspected Observed
8.Now Select 2nd Shift and Enter the same Lot No
9.Observe the Results

Description

In Production Trackingsheet Menu, Same Lot No cant able to Use for another Shifts and by using the Same Lot No for another Shift the Previously Saved Inspection Form was opening.

Ex: For Shift A giving Lot No as QAT1
For Shift B giving the same Lot No as QAT1, its opening the Previously Saved Form only not a New Form
