closedCM : ECN It allows to edit the part name. but selecting the part name from PI and Clicking done displays "Object reference error".

Steps To Reproduce:
1)Log into ewqims application
2)Select Change management request under change management tab
3)Select the project(ECN initiated)
4)Click on ECN icon
5)Change the part name field.
6)Observe the result
