VOC: Create a VOC against PI click on Refresh button we can't able to View the added VOC, this is because in Aqua Pro Couldn't able to "Create custom Drop down Column" Against Design Requirement Usage.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login into the EwQIMS application.
2.Goto RFD Module.
3.Create one PI
4.Select the Created PI and click on VOC tab
5.In VOC Tab add the VOC and click on Refresh button
