Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login MSA Module as Module Administrator
2. Click on Groups Menu
3. Remove the Close Out Study Rights for Stability
4. Click on Stability Menu
5. Conduct the Stability Study
6. Click on Save button
7. Again open the same study
8. Click on Edit button
9. System will display Alert Message
10. Click "OK" option
11. Observe the Screen
12. Click on Report button
13. Observe the Result

Description

Stability Study-->When the user does not have Close out study rights, the system allow the user to view the report after clicking the Edit button.

Once the user click Edit button, the data will be lost and allowing user to click report button.
While clicking the Report button, the system displays "Server Error".

Note: Please check this issue in Actions-- (Stability)
