Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Competency Evaluation Menu.
3. Select any of the user with Competencies.
4. Click on attach.
5. Go to Doc pro.
6. Expand the Documents level and observe the result

This is common issue from Docpro. This is because of some problem in Base build.
