Running Parts: Cant able to Create and Save the Running Parts

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EWQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Click on Actions Tab and Select Running Parts Menu
5.Click on the Add Button and Enter all the Mandatory details
6.Click on Save Button
7.Observe the Results

Description

Cant able to Create and Save the Running Parts, its showing as "The Statement has been Terminated" and after Clicking on Ok Button on that error message the Grid displaying the Label Names
