closedMSA Calendar Page : On removing the rights to perform the study then also it is allowing to perform the study through calendars page.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as Module Admin and select the module as "MSA Pro".
2. Click on the Setup menu -> Click on groups submenu.
3. Remove the study rights for user.
4. Go to Activities menu -> Click on MSA calendar's submenu.
5. Select the study and click on gage number link.
6. Enter the details -> click on calculate button then save button.
7. Again go to MSA calendars page and observe the gage number link on newly performed study date.
