Description

1.Actions → Initiate Problem Solving (Label conversion needed for in both chinese and spanish,as menu name has been changed in 73O)

2.Problem solver setup → Concern forms , Not able to save concern form name using chinese character displayed as ????

3.Actions→Concern initial ealuation ,click on concern (chinese & spanish)
Concern form elements are not converted ,View Screenshots below

Please verify Form element related Multilanguage issues, because the form elements label text are controlled by the User in Concern Form Designer form.
