This is not an issue. please close.
h3. Sorting will be done based on document number alone. if you enter a combination of number and string system will identify the number in the string and sort accordingly. if the prefix has a number it will not consider. this is the case in Pandora. please find the attached screenshots for your reference. please do not add prefix as the part of the document number add a prefix in the folder.
please add valid data for your verification.
