Steps To Reproduce:
1.Create two PI's in PI table
2.Select one PI and click on Bill of Material tab
3.Right click on Selected PI and Select child PI
4.Click on VOC tab for parent PI and enter function and Requirement
5.Click on the child element on the (BOM) right pane
6.Observe the VOC
